Unlock the power of Qigong, and experience slow, deliberate movements, relaxed breathing, and meditation to cultivate and balance your vital energy (Qi).
This low-impact, mindful practice improves circulation, spinal alignment, and strength, while calming the mind.
It can help to reduce stress, ground the body and increase vitality. The workshop will focus on simple foundational exercises which are used to open the body, promote the flow of Qi and increase the energy of the body.
Tai Chi:
The most famous Chinese internal martial art combines flowing meditative movements with breathing and calm focus to work with Chi in the body.
Qigong (Chi Kung):
Holistic exercise that combines flowing movements, relaxed deep breathing, and a calm meditative mind. It involves using exercises to optimize energy (Qi/Chi/Prana) within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
About Daniel:
Daniel began his journey into the Internal martial arts and Qigong over 20 years ago and has been teaching for the past 8 years. He has a strong focus on building solid foundations, which means working slowly to develop real internal qualities rather than quickly learning various empty movements.
