The ideal class if you are new to yoga or wish to practice at a slow pace. In a comfortable and supportive environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of yoga practice, including breath work, proper alignment, meditation, and mindful practices. Racha will guide you through developing more awareness of breath and movement.
A practice that reinforces gratitude towards your body and what it can achieve. Even if you are in great shape, don't underestimate the value of starting with beginner's classes.
Kindly note that upon purchasing a class or class package, attendance at the closest upcoming session is automatically assumed. If you do not plan to attend the session corresponding to the day you selected, please inform us via WhatsApp: 0795522703. For instance, if you register on the website for a Tuesday class on Monday the 12th, we will assume your attendance for the following day on Tuesday the 13th.
