Our aerial yoga class is an innovative way to practice yoga while being suspended in the air using a soft, flexible hammock. Throughout the class, participants are guided through a variety of yoga poses and flows that range from gentle stretches to challenging acrobatic moves.
The hammock creates a supportive and playful environment, allowing participants to explore their abilities and challenge themselves in new ways. In addition to the physical benefits of the practice, such as increased strength and flexibility, aerial yoga can also help to promote mindfulness and relaxation, making it a great way to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
The class is suitable for all levels, and the instructor will provide modifications and adjustments to meet the needs and goals of individual participants.
