Flow with me in a systematic approach, learning the art of movement from one yoga pose to another, creating evolving flexibility by using the right breathing techniques, engaging the right muscles, and coming to a sense of ease inside out.
My classes are dynamic, using traditional and modern movements to guide you on how move and use your breath to serve your practice.
We will end the class with face yoga, a series of facial exercises intended to tone the muscles in the face! A non-injection method of maintaining facial beauty to age gracefully.
